Long Range & Precision Shooting Training
O.A. Sunday School Sessions
Structured, single-topic training days at the Canberra Rifle Club, held on a Sunday in most months (we pause when T•H•E• Course is running). Each session runs 09:00–15:00 and covers one focus area in depth — zeroing, wind, tripod work, varminting and more — under Orange Accuracy and guest instructors from across the industry.
What's covered: Varies by session — recent and upcoming topics include Long Range Clinics, Wind Clinics, Tripod Clinics, Varminting, Hunting Build-Up, Rimfire Ballistic Profile Development, and Moving Targets.
Requirements: Because each Sunday School Session focuses on a different skill, what you'll need changes month to month — check the specific session's equipment note before you book. As a general rule, bring your centrefire (or rimfire, for our Rimfire session) rifle system, your ballistic software of choice, and your usual range gear; sessions involving tripod work or hunting scenarios will call for a tripod, shooting sticks, or a hunting pack, as noted against that date.
